Because all of our products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or similar buyer's remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

We've got you covered if something goes wrong on our end.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a free reprint or a full refund. To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at: hiddenlocalgemshelp@gmail.com.

  • Your order number

We will review your request and arrange a reprint or refund promptly.

Lost or missing packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items

All sales are final for custom-printed products unless there is a defect or fulfillment error on our part.
